These terms apply to bookings made on this website. The seller is Chez Claude. Contact: bernaldez@orange.fr.
You submit a booking request with your dates. The booking is only confirmed after host approval and, when required, online payment.
Prices are shown in euros (incl. taxes) and include the nightly rate and any selected optional services.
Payment (when required) is processed online through a payment provider. Payment confirmation is evidence of the transaction.
Any cancellation less than 7 days before the start date results in a 30% retention of the booking total.
Optional services are excluded from this retention calculation.
Any cancellation more than 7 days before the start date results in a full refund to the customer. Under French consumer law (Article L221-28), accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to a withdrawal right.
The seller is not liable for indirect damages. In case of force majeure, obligations may be suspended.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any court action.
